Who we are
NotAgency is a brand of Superoi, Sociedade Unipessoal, Lda., NIF 517804174, registered office at Av. Coronel Eduardo Galhardo, 7 - 2 C, 1170-105 Lisboa, Portugal. We are responsible for the personal data collected on this site.
For anything about your data, write to [email protected].
Contact form
When you send the form we keep what you write: name, email, company, website, the services you pick and your message. We also keep the language and page you were on, the site that sent you here and any campaign tags in the link (UTM), your country (worked out from your connection, the IP address itself is not stored) and your browser type.
We use this only to reply to you and, if you want, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). No newsletter, no selling, no sharing with third parties for marketing.
We keep it for up to 2 years after our last contact, or for as long as needed if you become a client.
Google Analytics (only if you accept)
If you click "Accept" in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited and when the form is sent. Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) that last up to 2 years and collects data such as pages viewed, device, browser and approximate location.
The legal basis is your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). If you click "No thanks", Google Analytics never loads. You can change your mind at any time with the "Cookies" link at the bottom of every page.
The provider is Google Ireland Limited. Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Other things this site stores in your browser
- Your cookie choice (na_consent), so we do not ask again.
- Where your visit came from (na_attr), kept only for that browser session and sent only if you send the form.
Neither of these is shared with anyone.
Service providers
- Cloudflare hosts the site and the database that stores form messages (Western Europe). If it ever needs to check that a visitor is human, it may set a strictly necessary security cookie (cf_clearance).
- Google Fonts delivers the site’s typefaces, which means Google receives your IP address to send them.
- Google Analytics, only with your consent (see above).
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to [email protected] and we reply within a month.
You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
